(AP:CHICAGO) A New Jersey man who was a chemist for a suburban Chicago-based paint company has pleaded guilty to stealing trade secrets. Federal prosecutors say 54-year-old David Yen Lee of Jersey City, N.J., pleaded guilty Wednesday.
