| VIRGINIA BEACH Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with the robbery of the Sun Trust bank on First Colonial Road on Aug. 28. Police arrested Louis Shipowitz, 38, of the 1100 block of Tenbury Place, on Nov. 26. He is charged with robbery, threatening to bomb, forging and uttering, obtaining money by false pretense and possession of burglary tools. |
