| NORWALK — The Toledo office of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed fines of $12,750 against Norwalk Furniture Corp. for alleged workplace safety violations this year. The struggling furniture manufacturer was cited for seven serious problems that occurred between March and June.
